It is time to create awareness about Tourette Syndrome.  Help us spread the word to others and educate them about Tourette Syndrome during Tourette Syndrome Awareness Month.  Here are some ideas to get you started:

*Be a speaker and educate classmates about Tourette's
*Watch Front of the Class or another movie about TS and have a discussion about it afterwards
*Do a book report on a book dealing with TS
*Contact your local media and have them do a feature story on a person in your community who has TS and the great things they are doing.  Show the them that people with TS have strengths too
*Do a small fundraiser and make a donation to a Tourette Syndrome organization, like ours!
*Have an inservice for teachers to educate them about TS and strategies in the classroom that can help students with TS
*Have your support group or your TS community get together and have a bowling social event so children with TS can be around others with TS and make new friends
*Hang up posters about TS and educate the public
*Have a Jean's Day for employees at work where each has to donate $5 to wear jeans for the day and the money raised can go to BCTF
